Cut out perfect circles from 1in to 5 7/8in diameter with this handy circle cutter. Guide marks printed on the transparent disc let you easily plot different size circles in 1/16in increments. The double-sided blade allows cutting in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. Three blades are included. The blade attachment tool and refill blades store neatly inside the handle.
