    Designed By Kara Ward

Create the magic that Tinkerbell loves to spread, with a glitter layout fit for any fairy!

Directions:

  1. Use blue pattern paper for your background.
  2. Cut 4 narrow lavender strips of paper ¼ inch wide and adhere as a border all the way around the background paper.
  3. Cut an 8 ½ round, circle from the lime green pattern paper.  Adhere to the center of the page.
  4. Cut a lime green frame for the layout measuring 11 x 11.  It should be approximately ½ of inch wide.
  5. Glitter cardstock with purple glitter.  Once it is dry, cut it out using scalloped scissors.  Adhere the scallops to the inside of the lime green frame.  Place a purple border along the seam where the green and the glitter paper meet.  Place the frame on the layout with foam tape.
  6. Cut a large purple mat for the main photo.  Add a blue pattern paper mat inside the purple mat.  Place a lavender mat under your photo and adhere the mats together and place on the circle.
  7. After glitter paper green, cut leaves and flourishes using the included patterns.  Place these pieces along the photo mat.  Add foam tape where needed to give the leaves dimension.
  8. Cut a 4 inch circle from purple pattern paper.  Place the circle on the layout with foam tape.  Punch lavender pattern paper circles with white glitter paper circles onto of it.  Add flower stickers layered together or punch photos for inside the circles.  Place on the purple circle with foam tape under 2 of the mini circles.
  9. Add the title using stickers.  Embellish the letters with gems, and flower stickers.  Let Tinkerbelle be the “I” in “Tink”.
  10. Type and print journaling and add to the bottom of the layout.
  11. Embellish large glittery flourish with more punched circles, Tinkerbelle, and flower stickers.

Tip for Success:Creating your own glitter paper is simple and allows you to design any shape you want out of glitter.  I like to glitter my cardstock first and then once it is dry cut my shape from the glittery paper.  I spray my glitter with a sealer so it doesn’t leave fairy dust on everything it touches.
