Directions:
1. Fold black cardstock to create a 6-inch by 4½-inch card. Cut a piece of white cardstock to fit on front, and outside edges to create a curve. Adhere to black card and trim edges of black to create a mat for white curved edges.
2. Punch blue, green and yellow 1¼ inch scalloped circles. Punch white 1-inch circles and adhere to the centers of scalloped circles. Adhere in an oval on the front of the card as shown using 3D-Dots.
3. Stamp “Make A Wish” on white cardstock and trim into a rectangle. Mat with blue cardstock and adhere to center of card using 3D-Dots.
4. Tie a white bow and adhere to top right corner of “Make A Wish” sentiment.
