1. Measure the inside perimeter of the cork board. Each piped icing border is 12" long (a total of 36" in the package)—be sure to buy enough piped icing border to create the inner border.
2. Begin on the upper left side of the cork board. Lay the piped border in place and press lightly to adhere to the cork board. Continue placing the piped border completely around the inner cork board. Tip: to create the illusion of one continual piped border, cut and match up piped border at any joints.
3. Add the fondant hearts to the lower left corner. Add pink fondant flowers to the frame as desired.
4. To create the designer push pins, glue the flat head of the push pin to the back of a fondant flower. Let dry. Dust the back of the fondant flower with the powder tool to make it a non-sticky surface.
