  • Christening Card

    Designed By Catherine Cray Gelaude

Share a personally created, faith inspired, greeting card for a special little one on their Christening Day.  The dimension stickers and the multiple edges give this Christening Card -- 'pop' and dramatic flair -- to make it memorable for such a special occasion.

  1. Cut a 6 1/2" X 11" rectangle from white cardstock.  Fold in half to create a side folding card.
  2. Cut a 5 3/4" X 6 1/4" rectangle from antique gold metallic cardstock.  Dotted Scallop punch the 6 1/4" edge of the rectangle. Cut the punched edge panel to measure 1." Adhere to the right side of your card - approximately 1/4" from the edge.
  3. Cut a 2 1/2" X 6 1/4" rectangle from white cardstock.  Dotted Scallop punch  the 6 1/4" edge of the rectangle -- adhere to the first punched rectangle - moving slightly to the left - allowing the first edge to peek-out.
  4. Dotted Scallop punch- along the 6 1/4" edge, of the remaining portion, of the original metallic gold cardstock rectangle. Adhere to the card - leaving the white scalloped edge peeking out.
  5. Cut 3 squares (2", 1 1/2" and 1") and 2 rectangles( 1 large and 1 small to fit the Christening dress and candle) from pewter metallic cardstock.  Corner round the top right and bottom left of each of the 5 panels.  Attach the Jolee's, Baby Christening Dimensional Stickers - one to each panel.
  6. Cut a 2 1/4" white cardstock square. Round the top right and bottom left of the square. Adhere to the "Bless this Baby," panel.
  7. Attach the "Bless this Baby," panel using 3D-Dots to the top left. Now adhere the remaining 4 Jolee's Sticker panels, as shown.
  8. Add a narrow white ribbon to the left side, tucking the edges under the metallic gold panel. Attach a small bow to the ribbon.
