  • Butterfly Card

    Designed By Corrine Mihlek-Brzys

Bring some Bling to someone’s day with this sparkly, easy-to-make butterfly card!

  1. Cut a piece of medium purple cardstock to 6 x 6. This serves as your card front base.
  2. Stamp the vine image in purple ink along the edges of the cardstock.
  3. Cut a piece of light green cardstock to 5 x 5 and adhere to the card front, centering.
  4. Cut a piece of light purple cardstock to just under 5 inches wide and cut the end with large scallop scissors. Then cut the piece to measure 4 ½ inches long (measure up from the very edge of the protruding scallop).
  5. Stick small bling flowers to the centers of each scallop, trimming off any little pieces where they might stick off the left or right side.  Adhere to the top portion of the green cardstock, leaving a thin border along the top, left, and right sides.
  6. Cut a piece of yellow cardstock to 4 ¾ x 3 ¼. Stamp your sentiment in black ink on the bottom left corner. Adhere bling butterflies to the cardstock as shown. Adhere to the top portion of the scaloped piece, leaving a border on the top, left, and right sides.
  7. Adhere the card front to a white cardstock body. (To create one, simply cut a 12 x 6 piece of cardstock and fold in half.)
