Directions:
1. Download the cupcake wrapper template and cut out . Place the template over blue patterned paper and trace with a pencil or scoring tool (back side of paper). Cut out the wrapper and glue the two straight ends together by overlapping from the inside.
2. Take three red gems and place them around the wrapper at equal spacing.
3.Cut two 1.5”x12” strips of blue patterned paper with trimmer. Use the 2-in-1 edger punch set at setting #2 punch along one edge of each strip.
4.Use a scoring tool score a line every ¼” along the length of each strip. Fold the strips accordion style at each scored marking. Glue the two ends together to make one 24” strip. Bring the two ends together to for a circle. Glue ends together. (watch the video to learn this technique)
5.Punch two oval frames out of white cardstock. Put a large dollop of hot glue on the back side of one frame and push down the accordion-folded circle over it, making a flat piece, with its center directly in the center of the oval frame, so that the side you want to see is facing up. Hold in place until dry.
6.Remove the jeweled oval sticker of the queen and adhere it directly in the center of the second white cardstock frame you punched. Put another large dollop of hot glue in the center of the back side of the white frame and stick over the center of the front side of the accordion-folded piece. Note: Each cupcake will feature a different center as the sticker is a multi-pack. This will add variety to you cupcakes saving the queens silhouette for mom.

7.To secure topper to stick place a small amount on stick and insert it into a pleat at the bottom of the topper. Continue process until desired amount is made.
