Directions:
1 This
project will work on any sized notebook.
You just have to adjust the lengths of paper that you punch. (Always punch a longer strip than you need so
that you can move the strip to where you want it).
2 Starting
with the black cardstock and the 2-in-1 Lily Pad Punch on setting #1 punch two
strips. Set to one side.
3 Using
the 2-in-1 Scallops and Heart Punch on setting #2, punch two strips using the
Grey Designer Paper. (One for the front
and one for the back).
4 Slide
the punch to #1 and using the same paper, punch out 4 strips. (2 for the front and 2 for the back). Save the hearts that get punched out as we
are going to use some of them as dividers in our notebook.
5 Paint
the front and the back cover of the notebook with black paint. Allow to dry.
6 To
stick the strips to the notebook, we used Matte Medium Gloss. Before sticking anything down, trim the
strips to the correct lengths. Starting
from the outside and working into the middle, stick the strips down. Paint another layer of Matte Medium over the
top of the project to seal it.
7
Divide
the notebook into 5 equal sections. For
each section take 2 hearts and glue one heart on each side of the paper as shown
